Breeze Airways Expands in Florida with $59 Nonstop Flights: Know Schedules, Timing and Tickets

United States: Breeze Airways, the low-cost airline based in Utah, has added two new routes from West Palm Beach — one brand new and one returning.

Starting September 5, the airline launched seasonal nonstop flights from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) to Richmond, Virginia (RIC), along with the return of service to Akron-Canton (CAK) in Ohio. Both routes operate twice a week with introductory fares starting at $59 one-way.

“These new flights to Richmond and Akron-Canton are now our fifth and sixth nonstop destinations from West Palm Beach, helping connect travelers to sunny South Florida,” said Breeze founder and CEO David Neeleman.

Earlier in the week, Breeze also started flights between Pensacola and Bentonville-Fayetteville, Arkansas, as well as Akron-Canton and Jacksonville, according to Palm Beach Post.

Breeze’s Growing Presence in Florida

The airline is pushing deeper into Florida in 2025, adding nearly 20 new routes, including new service to Fort Lauderdale.

Breeze also rolled out a new boarding option called BreezeBy, which lets passengers board right after pre-boarding. Travelers can either buy the option separately or get it included with the “Nicest” ticket bundle.
